2026 ANNUAL NATIONAL CONFERENCE

Known as the School Nutrition Event of the Year, the School Nutrition Association’s Annual National Conference (ANC) unites thousands of school nutrition program operators, industry partners, and allied organizations for an unparalleled educational and networking experience. We are excited to welcome school nutrition professionals from across the country to our home state. Let's make North Carolina proud!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

We are currently looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support this amazing event. This is a wonderful opportunity to network, learn, grow professionally, and showcase the incredible work happening in Child Nutrition and North Carolina.

SNA volunteers assist with a variety of conference needs such as greeting attendees, checking badges, stuffing conference bags, and helping ensure the event runs smoothly. Volunteers who complete 8 total service hours (can be completed in 4-hour increments) will receive a 50% discount on conference registration fees!

VOLUNTEER UPDATE (MARCH 17):

Be on the lookout for an email from CVENT arriving Wednesday, March 18, around 10 AM with your opportunity to sign up to volunteer at the SNA Annual National Conference.

 

When you receive the email, simply click the link provided to:

  1. Sign up to volunteer for 8 hours

  2. Register for ANC

  3. Receive 50% off your conference registration at checkout

After approval which may take up to a day, you will be able to sign up for lodging.

 

Volunteer spots are limited and are expected to fill quickly, so we encourage you to sign up as soon as the email arrives.

 

If the volunteer time slots are already full, don't worry- go ahead and register for the conference and then email meetings@schoolnutrition.org to be placed on the volunteer waiting list.

 

The time to step up is now! Your support helps make this conference a success, and we're excited to have you be part of it.
